The Tempest SC-2 pool cue is one of the most beautiful pool cues available. It has been hand-inlaid with some of the nicest-looking designs you will find. The colors of the woods used complement each other well, resulting in a pool cue that is a work of art. The forearm and butt sleeve are rosewood. Six floating points adorn the forearm. The innermost inlays of the points are done with brown cherry. The top part is the shape of a stretched chevron. The lower part is a diamond. Surrounding this is a hand-cut rosewood inlay. This is bordered by an inlay of natural maple. The butt sleeve consists of six torch-shaped inlays separated by six diamonds. The torches start with a shield of brown cherry, ringed by rosewood. This is bordered by white maple. The diamonds are brown cherry set into natural maple. The butt plate is black. Five sets of silver rings adorn the cue, one on either side of the joint, one on either side of the butt plate, and one between the wraps and the forearm. The wraps are black with white specks, and are double-pressed and polished Irish linen. The joint is polished stainless steel. The joint pin is a 5/16 x 14 size. The shaft is a specially-selected grade of hard rock Canadian maple. A fiber linen ferrule, 13mm in diameter, tops the shaft, and is fitted with a Le Pro tip. The shaft has a pro taper. This pool cue comes with joint protectors and a black sleeve. Every two-piece pool cue comes with a FREE pool cue case! This case is a specially-embroidered Sterling case, a $19 value! This cue case has a black heavy duty nylon shell trimmed in black. It has a zippered side opening and a 3" x 6" top pocket with a Velcro secured flap. The faux fur padded interior has a loop pocket to protect one butt from the other cue halves inside. The adjustable shoulder strap makes it easy to carry. This is a great quality case that will give you a lot of protection.
